ABOUT OUR GUEST: Curate Shiloh Sophia is the Matriarchal Leader of the MUSEA Community. She is a spiritual teacher, artist and author centering the healing arts as a Path of Practice. For 30 years she has guided tens of thousands of women in accessing self-expression to awaken embodied consciousness and ecstatic discipline; so that we can create the loving world we live for. She guides revolutionary ceremonies designed to offer recovery from systemic oppression into liberation, belonging and celebration. The vision of nurturing the soul through art and education is rooted in the studies of archeomythology and the community visions for the future. The community has developed a new spiritual discipline for seekers with creativity as the core form of devotion and the gateway to spiritual access. Her body of work, 'The Teachings of Intentional Creativity' arises from a lineage that has been passed from hand to hand for three generations.
She is the co-founder of MUSEA Center for Intentional Creativity and Consciousness, a 400 year vision for a museum, university, sanctuary, ecosphere and apothecary centering the art of women, and their families both locally and globally. Those who are called to a life of study with MUSEA engage in a devoted path which offers a creative spiritual lifestyle in community, earth-based activism and mystical animism. Her legacy, Cosmic Cowgirls Trust, is the guiding force within MUSEA's philanthropic vision, a Foundation 501c3, which is run by a Council of Certified Graduates. She has stewarded physical spaces for over 25 years and she lives in Northern California on the campus, ranch and film studio where she teaches and offers Red Thread Circles, Ceremony both in person and virtually. You can find her most mornings have tea with her Muse among the redwood trees and grapevines, looking to solve the mysteries of the universe with a paintbrush and pen. She is a prolific painter with collectors all over the world, she has authored 7 books and more are always in the works. She was taught by her two mothers to live life as a great adventure, and indeed she has, and calls each of us forward into the power of unreasonable love for one another and all of creation!
